SpaceX SEC filings and official updates, in the company’s own words
Two automatic feeds, shown as they arrive: the updates SpaceX publishes on its website, and the documents it files with the US securities regulator. We add nothing and judge nothing here. When one of these statements changes a promise, the milestone record is updated separately, by a person. Headline capitalisation is adjusted for readability; wording and source records are retained.
What is on this page?
Everything here is SpaceX speaking for itself. The top list is copied from the Updates page of the company’s own website. The bottom list is the paperwork the company must file with the US securities regulator, the SEC, because its shares are traded publicly.
A computer fetches both lists once a day and shows them as they are. Nobody at this site rewrites them, ranks them or decides what they mean.
Deciding what a statement means for a promise is a separate, human step. That is why a new statement can appear here days before a milestone changes.
It is the difference between reading a letter someone sent you and deciding whether they kept their word. This page is the letter.
